Acai Plus Products and Services
TriUnity International products include its cornerstone Acai Juice, as well as Fitness MagicTM;a weight-loss product; CellMagic Plus, a nutritional supplement; and TriStrips, a B-12 energy strip. Other products mentioned on its website include White Lightening and Feed My Brain.
The company’s website announces that two 2 products are “coming soon:” a non-surgical “face lift in a bottle” and an anti-aging face and neck serum.
Acai Plus Compensation Plan
Acai Plus and other TriUnity products are sold through a direct sales force of distributors. All levels of distributors are entitled to keep the retail markup of up to 100% on products they sell.
The lowest level is an associate membership at $14 a month. At this level, distributors receive a customized website, an auto-responder lead generation system, and access to a back office. Their place in the organization is also secured with an associate membership; however, to start earning commissions, associates must upgrade to the Affiliate membership level.
An affiliate membership costs $29 a month. It includes all of the associate membership benefits – along with a teleconference line and the opportunity to earn commission on sales by their recruits. Affiliate members receive $10 a month for each affiliate they personally sponsor as well as $3 a month for those affiliate’s sponsored affiliates. This level of membership also provides downloadable training and sales aids and other materials.
With certain benchmarks, free products can be earned by affiliate members. $30 a month in personal sales volume (PSV) earns 1 free product and the title of Silver Distributor; $60 a month PSV earns 2 products and a Gold distributors designation; and $120 per month PSV earns 4 products and a Platinum designation.
In addition, there are weekly fast-start bonuses for silver, gold, and platinum distributors, paid on 8 generations (each generation can include an unlimited number of distributors) of their respective organizations. This ranges from a $1.50 to $24 commission on the first order by each new distributor.
Five monthly corporate revenue-sharing pools at the Diamond ($120 personal volume, 5 personally sponsored Platinums), Double Diamond ($120 personal volume, 10 personally sponsored Platinums), Triple Diamond ($120 personal volume, 15 personally sponsored Platinums), and Presidential Diamond distributor ($120 personal volume, 5 personally sponsored Triple Diamonds) levels allow TriUnity distributors to earn a piece of worldwide sales monthly.
There are also monthly residual bonuses paid through 10 generations at the silver, gold, and platinum distributor levels,as well as a 20% matching bonus on personally enrolled distributors.
Distributors can even earn an unlimited, uncapped car and house bonus up to $20K a month or more.

In the last 36 months, there have been 8 complaints: 1 regarding billing or collection issues, 1 regarding contract disputes, 1 regarding customer service issues, 1 regarding product issues, and 4 regarding refund or exchange issues. All 8 complaints were revised.
There was no apparent evidence of any pending lawsuits as of June, 2010.

Although TriUnity gives its distributors a customized website, it is hard to find any information on the price of its signature Acai Plus juice. This points to the probability of a high price point, which is not a good thing in the crowded health and wellness marketplace. Acai Plus juice is not the only juice containing the Acai ingredient, which can be obtained at health stores and through other MLMs.
