Ideal Health was founded in 1997 and is based in Portsmuth, New Hampshire. The company’s signature product, the Priva Test, was invented by J. Alexander Bralley of MetaMetrix Laboratory. The actual founders of The Trump Network/Ideal Health are Todd Stanwood, Scott Stanwood, and Lou DeCaprio, a trio with more than 20 years experience in health and fitness, personal care, and network marketing. The Trump Network markets a line of customizable nutritional supplements, nutritional drinks, and a weight loss program.

In addition to the Trump name, The Trump Network stands apart from other nutritional product marketing opportunities in that The Trump Network offers the PrivaTest, a urine test that is used by Ideal Health to create customized nutritional products to address each individual’s needs.

The Trump Network compensation plan is complex and weighted heavily toward bonuses for recruiting new Network Marketers into the plan.

Marketers start out at Learning Levels that range from Director to Gold Director and pay out from 1%-4% commission based on the number of new Marketers recruited. Bonuses continue at 3% for up to six generations of new distributors, and additional bonuses are available as well.

The Trump Network heavily stresses its FastStart-To-Profit Way, which provides new Marketers a complete return on their initial investment of  $497 with the recruitment of the first five new Marketers.

Public Record

The Trump Network is not a member of the Better Business Bureau. For the 36-month period preceding May 2010, there were a total of 7 complaints against the company.

The complaints involved two for customer services issues, two regarding refund or exchange issues, and one each regarding credit, billing or collections, or sales practice issues.

Two of the complaints had been closed administratively and five of the complaints were resolved.

Ideal Health has received a rating of A from the BBB.
